Community Bible Study
Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible. Our classes meet weekly during the school year. Each class participant receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching. From time to time, fellowship meals will provide special times of sharing and relationship building within the class.
Come and join us in the fall as we study the books of Ruth, 1&2 Samuel, and Ephesians. We begin on September 6th, 2023 in-person at Golden Hills Community Church on Wednesday mornings from 9:30-11:30. An evening Core group for men and women is also available beginning September 12th, 2023. This group meets from 6:30-8:30 pm at Laurel Ridge Community Church.

Community Bible Study is available to all. That means you. Whether you are picking up the Bible for the first time or have been a long-time student of God’s Word, won’t you consider joining us for our 30-week study?
In fall 2023, we will be studying the books of Ruth, 1 & 2 Samuel, and Ephesians. The book of Ruth shows God's covenant faithfulness. The Books of 1st & 2nd Samuel were written to compare and contrast the rise and fall of king Saul and king David. The books ultimately point us to the unfallable King, Christ Jesus. In Paul's letter to the Ephesians, he explains how the Church comes to full spiritual maturity in Christ.

Next Gen Ministry
Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, music, games and other activities, we seek to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God’s truths in their lives. We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS Children's Ministry.
